  • Landscaping Crew Helper

    Pay Rate: $14-$20/Hr

    Location: Castleton, IN 46250

    We are seeking a worker with a passion for the outdoors to perform general maintenance and care of landscaping for residential clients.

    Assists with grounds maintenance including edging, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing. Operates various tools and equipment such as small garden tools, lawn mowers, rakes, or shovels. Inspects assigned areas for debris and trash and disposes of it.

    The preferred candidate is an energetic and highly motivated individual with experience in the turf and landscaping industry.

    Requirements:

    • Experience operating turf maintenance equipment including but not limited to mowers, edgers, brushcutters, mowers, and backpack blowers.

    • Comply with schedules and routes as directed by management.

    • Must be detail-oriented.

    • Experience working in various field conditions.

    • Valid driver's license (preferably)

    • Minimum high school diploma or GED certificate (preferably)
